Insurance for family offices
Every family office is different. Some manage real estate, others hold stakes in companies or combine several activities.
That is why we don’t start from a fixed product: we look at what each family office does and design the insurance programme it needs, with every policy in order and no gaps or overlaps.
Risks we review in a family office
Real estate
Buildings, premises and homes owned or let: property damage, loss of rent and liability as owner or landlord.
Directors in portfolio companies
Anyone holding a board seat in a portfolio company is personally liable for claims arising from their management. D&O insurance protects them.
Running the family office
Investment and management decisions can lead to claims. They are covered by directors’ or professional liability policies.
Fraud and cyber attacks
A transfer diverted through impersonation can mean a major loss. Cyber insurance covers this type of fraud within the policy limits.
Art and valuables
Collections, jewellery and other valuables can be insured under a specific policy, with an agreed value and cover in transit.
People
Life, health and accident insurance for family members and staff, including those living outside Spain.
Every family office is different: these are the most common risks, not a closed list.

We analyse
We study the activity, the assets and the policies you already have, and identify the risks left uncovered.
We design and place

Frequently asked questions
What insurance does a family office need?
It depends on its activity. The usual mix is property and liability insurance for the assets, D&O for those holding positions, cyber insurance and personal insurance for the family.
Does D&O cover the directors a family office appoints to its portfolio companies?
It can. Some policies expressly include positions held in other companies; it is worth checking how they are covered in your case.
Can all the policies be brought together in one programme?
Yes. We review what you have in place to remove overlaps, cover what is missing and align renewal dates.
Where do we start?
With a review of your current policies, at no obligation.
